Typically, most tasks are finished within 2 business days on average. However, more complex requests might take longer.

That’s perfectly fine. Feel free to pause your subscription once you’re done, and you can reactivate it when you have more design needs. Your subscription time won’t go to waste.

We understand that you may not always have enough design work to fill an entire month. If you only have one or two design requests at the moment, you can pause your subscription. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period, so if you sign up and use the service for 21 days and then pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be paused, and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Webminter offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs are directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Essentially, if it can be linked or shared on Trello, it’s a valid method.

We dont cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics, packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
